Moeketsi Raselo holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Witwatersrand as well as an LLM in Commercial Law from the University of Johannesburg. He served his articles of clerkship at Werkmans Attorneys in 2008. He has previously worked for O.A Moloi Attorneys. He formed MT Raselo Incorporated in 2010 and has been practicing as an admitted attorney for 10 years.
Sibongile Mbatha holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of South Africa. She had previously worked at TH Hadebe Attorneys and has interest in civil litigation, contract law as well as administration of estates.
Lerato Ntwampe holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Law as well as a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Pretoria. She has previously worked at the Film and Publication Board and at Motsoeneng Bill Attorneys Inc. Her interests in law include civil litigation, media law and information technology law as well as labour law.

Re-instating the remaining employees who were dismissed at SABC. This comes after the Labour Court ruled in favour of SABC News Anchor Palesa Chubisi who was part of the group that was dismissed by the public broadcaster. The court found merit in the applicant's contentions that the SABC's decision was in bad faith, malicious, and intended to humiliate and tarnish her reputation.
